What to Expect

When you have an appointment with me, I’ll arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. I always want your pet to have a positive experience, so I strive to take some time getting to know them and letting them get comfortable with me before grooming begins.

STEP 1: We connect and I learn a little more about your pet and their grooming needs. If it’s a good fit, we’ll set up an appointment and I’ll come to you!

STEP 2: I arrive and set up in a space that is at least 6’x6′ for my grooming table and gear. I will need an outlet for my dryer, and I use your tub/shower for the bath (I clean up after myself, don’t worry)!

STEP 3: Your pet receives a pampered wash and trim, and I clean up after myself so you don’t have to deal with the hair and mess.

STEP 4: Payment is due at the completion of service. I currently accept cash, check, and Venmo.
