Pet Wellness & Safety
- I welcome pets who are in good health for grooming. If your pet is elderly or has health concerns, I’ll do our best to provide gentle care, but please note that services are performed at the owner’s risk.
- Occasionally, grooming can reveal underlying skin or health conditions. While I will take every precaution and will bring anything I notice up, I cannot be held responsible for these issues.
- Rabies vaccinations must be current, as required by law.
- Please note that if your pet becomes overly stressed or it’s unsafe to proceed, I will stop the groom and contact you immediately.
In Case of Emergency
Your pet’s safety is my top priority. If an emergency occurs while you’re not present, you give us permission to seek veterinary care from the nearest clinic. Any treatment costs will be your responsibility—unless the injury happened during grooming, of course.
Payment Information
- Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Paypal.
- Please note: Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
De-Matting & Coat Removal
If your pet requires full de-matting or a complete coat removal, please be aware this will change their appearance significantly. These procedures may also reveal existing skin or health conditions that I cannot be held responsible for.
Cancellations & Scheduling
I understand that life happens! Please reach out if you need to cancel or reschedule. I may occasionally need to reschedule appointments for safety or scheduling reasons, and I’ll always try to find a time that works well for you.
My Right to Refuse Service
I’ll always aim to provide excellent care, but do reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client if necessary.
